JACKSON—Gov. Phil Bryant congratulates Dr. LouAnn Woodward on her selection by the Board of Trustees of State Institutions of Higher Learning to serve as vice chancellor for health affairs at the University of Mississippi Medical Center and dean of the School of Medicine. Dr. Woodward succeeds Dr. Jimmy Keeton, who is retiring.
