JACKSON—Gov. Phil Bryant commends the Mississippi Legislature for passage of the Mississippi Small Business Regulatory Flexibility Act.
The House today passed Senate Bill 2398 by a vote of 114 to 7.
“I thank the members of the Mississippi Legislature for passing this important measure,” Gov. Bryant said. “Small businesses are critical to our economy, and this legislation ensures that our state’s regulations are not unduly burdensome to our job-creators.”
Once signed by the lieutenant governor and the speaker of the House, the bill will be transmitted to Gov. Bryant to be signed into law.
